La desigualdad generada a partir del abandono del bienestar materno en el sistema de salud español

Resumen

Este artículo de reflexión analiza cómo la creciente medicalización de los procesos reproductivos, unida a la desatención del bienestar emocional y relacional de las mujeres, produce formas estructurales de injusticia reproductiva en el sistema sanitario español. Se examina cómo la reducción biomédica del embarazo, parto y posparto limita la agencia moral de las mujeres, patologiza el malestar y perpetúa desigualdades de género. A partir de marcos de justicia reproductiva, justicia relacional y ética del cuidado, se propone una ética del acompañamiento que integre la capacidad narrativa, la autonomía relacional y la atención interdisciplinar como ejes para una práctica clínica más justa, humana y equitativa.
