Types of submissions

Research articles

Papers that communicate the results of a research that adds innovative and significant knowledge, for the construction or consolidation of a specific field of knowledge. The articles sent to this section will be peer reviewed. The minimum word count for this submission is 5000 words.

Critical reflection articles

Papers with an academic nature that go back to the results of a research to delve into the aforementioned subject. The articles sent to this section are reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the journal. The minimum word count for this submission is 3000 words.

Systematic Review Articles

Papers that clearly sum up the results of studies or researchs availables in a specific discipline. They stand out for their significant amount of bibliographic references and for presenting the "state of the art" in an organized way, so the researchers of other disciplines could quickly have a clear vision of the matter. The articles sent to this section are reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the journal. The minimum word count for this submission is 5000 words.

Clinical case

Report on an observational study that explains in detail the medical difficulties of only one patient, where the facts are stated from a scientific perspective.

Monographic

Special issue that promotes new contributions to the field of knowledge of the journal, with articles of a relevant specific topic and, if possible, topical. The journal is open to monographic proposals. If you are interested in suggesting a monographic topic, you can send your proposal to administracion@edulab.esThe Scientific Committee of the journal will review the proposals and will decide which ones will be accepted. The articles sent to this section will be peer reviewed.

Book Reviews

Argumentative and concise papers that divulge the content of a book of academic interest, as a critical appraising comment. The length of this type of submissions is between 800 and 1500 words.

Academic Videos

Works in video format that respond to the purpose and scope of the journals, produced with the same preciseness and structure as a scientific article.
