Plan de formación docente en TIC para fortalecer los procesos de enseñanza

This study examined the impact of a digital skills training program for teachers at Maiporé Educational Institution, Campus A, afternoon shift, in Bucaramanga. Using a qualitative approach and an action research methodology, an initial assessment was conducted with 22 teachers to identify needs related to the pedagogical use of information and communication technologies (ICT). Based on the findings, a training program focused on the use of digital tools for teaching was implemented. The final evaluation showed improvements in technology integration within classroom practices and in the effective use of digital resources to support teaching processes.
