This paper provides an exhaustive documentary review of degree works carried out in a research subline related to educational leadership of a virtual master's degree in the period between 2018-2 and 2021-2. Significant contributions in formative research trends have been identified in this period, in order to obtain a consolidation of applicable pedagogical experiences and where such models provide solutions to problems that are relevant and replicable in a context of educational leadership for the use and application of new trends in formative research.
