Abstract

Educational websites allow the user to meet learning objectives. These must be functional and satisfactory. The usability of LaProfeMatematica.com is evaluated, determining the criteria that affect the user, a proposal is made that optimizes user satisfaction according to the quality of learning. The study is an applied field research of a descriptive nature, a questionnaire type instrument is applied. In conclusion, the site evaluated does not offer user satisfaction. However, once the evaluation was completed, usability resulted in 60.9%, placing the region LaProfeMatematica.com "Satisfactory" within a level "Acceptable".
