These businesses contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of vulnerable population in countries with high levels of poverty and marginality such as Colombia. However, there is a general lack of knowledge in the development of inclusive businesses, which affects their implementation and reduces their chances of success. Due to the above, the objective of this article is to identify shortcomings in current research and possible areas in which knowledge could be generated.
