Abstract

Brazilian state institutional changes have always served as an instrument for maintaining the national social structure, which in turn is dependent on international capital. This condition stems from a determined dynamics and structural characteristics of the Brazilian economy, society and state. For this very reason, the developmental project focuses on three perspectives. The expansion of the domestic market, income distribution policies as a tool for inclusion and infrastructure works. Therefore, it makes use of the opening of the international market thanks to a foreign policy promoted through the State, with the BNDES as its main financier.

Graduado em História, Sociedade e Cultura pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), pós-graduado em Ciência Política contra a Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP), mestre em ciências sociais (PUC-SP), Doutorando em Ciências Sociais (PUC-SP).Foi Coordenador Pedagógico e Professor de Política Social I, Introdução à Sociologia, Sociologia Contemporânea e Economia Política do Curso de Serviço Social, Professor de Sociologia das Organizações da Secretaria de Ética e Responsabilidade Social do Curso de Administração, Professor responsável por Antropologia Jurídica, Ciência Política e Sociologia Geral e Jurídica do Grupo Educacional Uniesp, Unidade Centro Velho São Paulo, de 2011 a 2014. Curso de Estado de Formação Política e Social do Partido Trabalhista Nacional, experiência na área de Sociologia, com ênfase em Ciência Política. Professor de dois cursos de Gerente de Projetos Sociais e Educador Social, e não o SENAC-SP como prestador de serviços.No momento, ele presta consultoria política a partidos, candidatos e empresas.
