This article analyzes how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming content strategies in Spanish media in recent years. Based on a review of academic literature, an analysis of specific case studies (RTVE, PRISA Media, EiTB, and local media), and an interpretation of industry reports, the evolutionary process in production, distribution, and editorial governance is identified. Following this review, opportunities (efficiency, personalized narratives, and new multimedia formats) are analyzed alongside the risks that AI brings. An analytical framework and recommendations are proposed for creating editorial and professional training policies within the European regulatory context.
