The Continuous Training Process for Teachers of Preschool Education in Mexico
Its Impact on the Development of Self-management Skills in the Educational Process

This document is the result of an investigation whose methodology has been based on the stages of the theory of knowledge and aimed to establish a continuous training system for preschool teachers that guarantees the development of self-management skills in the teaching-educational process. The results of the research stages, the theoretical-practical contributions, as well as the scientific novelty for the educational area are presented. It is concluded that the participants in the implementation of the first phase of the system successfully developed skills to self-manage the educational process and specialized in preschool education.
