During the pandemic, physical activities did not meet the same demands as during in-person activities. The post-pandemic involved challenges in the area of physical activity and health. Faced with this scenario, a quantitative study was carried out in the general training subject at a private university in Chile during the 2022 academic period. The sample was 40 students studying careers in the health area. The methodology was descriptive, experimental and non-randomized. The results obtained showed an improvement in the quality of sleep and in daily activities.
