This study analyses the level of satisfaction among university students in the use of AI tools such as Tradukka, Google Translate, ELSA Speak, and Duolingo, focused on the development of oral and written communication skills. Through an open questionnaire, the students’ perception of their use in the learning process is explored. The results show a high acceptance highlighting the contextualization of learning as a key factor. The learning of English in Sports Tourism can be considerably enriched through the use of AI tools, which represents a paradigm shift in higher education teaching.
