Teaching Strategies Experiences in the Blended Learning Method for Adult Education

Taking up the theoretical framework of adult education in the document, we analyze experiences of didactic strategies for adult population developed in a blended learning mode and implemented in Courses, Diplomas and Speciality since 2003 in the FLACSO headquarters Mexico. Collaborative work; critical thinking; Autonomous Learning; situated work; changing roles; they are pedagogical strategies incorporated in the B-Learning options. As in any educational process, the technological changes, the new learning approaches, the labor market requirements, represent challenges for adults and for this modality, whose resources and contents must be flexibles to adapt quickly to new didactic proposals.
