The purpose of this research is to identify the perception that student of Middle School and High School from the municipality of Zapopan, Jalisco have about Science and Technology to promote and strengthen scientific and innovation culture in youth. Also to design and implement a course of Scientific Culture and Science Communication with the purpose of training human resources to support and divulgation of science contributing to the training of scientific vocations in young of Jalisco. Therefore, the results of this research may influence in new generations of scientists, which will assume a generous commitment to design public policies and encourage and betterment, in Scientific and Technology production in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
