Abstract

The article seeks to demonstrate the diverse behavioural dynamics, socialcultural practices, social and individual perceptions that young people who are deprived of their freedom build on the Teen Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA). This qualitative descriptive research uses individual, group focus interviews and drawings to develop content analysis and elucidate social representations. The categories are analysed: Judges, laws, victims, police, operator, crime, family, peers and consumption through drawings and interviews with 18 individuals deprived of the freedom of the SRPA and who are in an institution of specialized care centre.
