In the information society, literary education has shifted from the mere transmission of content to the development of critical and communicative skills. This study analyzes the pedagogical evolution of The House of Bernarda Alba between 1980 and 2025 through a bibliometric analysis of the most prominent databases.
The results reveal a paradigm shift: the work is no longer studied solely as a literary text, but as a tool to address gender perspective, authority, and argumentation. In conclusion, Lorca’s masterpiece establishes itself as an essential and redefined resource for contemporary education.
