The Change Laboratory (CL), a formative intervention methodology, based on the Theory of Historical Cultural Activity, has been applied in Ibero-America to develop educational and learning activities at work. This article aims to identify, present and evaluate experiences of LC in Ibero-America. We identified 12 cases of LC in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Spain and Mexico. The interventions have been efficient to support professionals to understand the origins of the contradictions in their activities and to encourage them to envision and conduct solutions to transform their activities. Finally, some lessons and challenges are discussed in the Ibero-American context.
